SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — EV Realty, a leader in the development and operation of multi-megawatt, grid-ready fleet charging hubs, today announced that veteran infrastructure executive Henrik Holland has joined the company as President.

Holland previously built Prologis Mobility, the nation’s second-largest commercial EV charging network delivering 70MW of power over more than 400 projects. In this role, he established master infrastructure partnerships with global e-commerce, autonomous vehicle, and logistics leaders. Holland also previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Greenlots following its acquisition by Shell, having earlier led Shell’s electric mobility M&A efforts. He is Board Chairman of CALSTART, the national clean transportation industry organization.

In his new role as President, Holland will help EV Realty grow its commercial truck charging business and broaden its focus as the mobility and power industries continue to rapidly evolve. This includes leading the market entry of EV Realty’s Powered Properties® platform into additional sectors and fleet verticals, including a push into autonomous vehicle depot infrastructure.

EV Realty’s power-first development approach is not limited to trucking. The same bottleneck that paces heavy-duty fleet electrification is playing out across autonomous vehicles and emerging digital infrastructure uses. Holland joins to drive and scale a national platform strategy that positions Powered Properties® as the infrastructure layer across all of them.

“Our Powered Properties® platform is gaining traction with trucking fleet customers, and now we are seeing the same infrastructure constraint play out for AV fleets – access to power in the right locations, developed on their timelines, is pacing the speed and scale of fleet deployment,” said Sullivan. “Henrik helps pair the expert development platform we’ve built over the past four years with the operational and commercial experience to take it national. Henrik has built infrastructure businesses at a scale very few in this industry have matched, and I’m excited about our partnership and what’s ahead.”

“What drew me to EV Realty is the immense opportunity that exists, and how the company is rising to fill the industry need,” said Holland. “Power has become the binding constraint for a widening set of businesses, and very few companies have the power-first siting capabilities, the focus, and the development and technical expertise to do anything about it, let alone to keep a project running once it is built. Patrick and this team have built a company that checks all these boxes, with NGP as the right kind of institutional partner behind it. There is a great deal of work ahead, and this is the team I want to build with.”

EV Realty’s NGP-backed platform is built around power. Leveraging its proprietary grid and siting software, the company has assembled a portfolio of six Powered Properties® approaching 50 MW of secured grid capacity – a track record that translates directly to what operators across multiple industries need most: speed to power in the right locations.

EV Realty’s San Bernardino Powered Property®, a 9 MW truck charging hub, is among the first in North America with megawatt charging. It serves regional freight and drayage fleets in California’s Inland Empire, one of the busiest industrial markets in the United States. Later this year, the Company plans to break ground on a heavy-duty truck charging facility in Torrance, CA, expanding the network to better serve fleets operating along critical freight lanes around the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
