High 5 Exchange Breaks Ground on New Family Entertainment Destination at The Farm in Allen

Coming in 2027, the new venue at The Farm in Allen will pair bowling with immersive attractions, outdoor miniature golf, dining and event experiences.

ALLEN, TX, UNITED STATES, September 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — High 5 Exchange and QubicaAMF today announced that High 5 Allen held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new family entertainment destination at 2361 Quail Covey Road in The Farm in Allen. The venue is planned to open in 2027 and will bring a new mix of indoor and outdoor attractions, food and group experiences to Allen and the surrounding North Texas communities.

The Allen location will feature 24 bowling lanes supplied by QubicaAMF: 16 traditional tenpin lanes equipped with EDGE String pinspotters, HyperBowling and Neoverse, plus eight Fly’n Ducks duckpin lanes. The combination will offer guests two distinct versions of bowling, from the familiar full-length game to a social duckpin format played with a smaller ball.

Beyond bowling, plans call for laser tag, a virtual reality arena, an arcade gaming floor, escape rooms, the new Creative Works Limitless immersive experience and outdoor miniature golf. High 5 Allen will also accommodate birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings and private events, supported by dedicated event spaces and food and beverage service.

The Farm in Allen is a 135-acre mixed-use development at the southeast corner of the Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Drive. Developed by Allen-based JaRyCo Development in partnership with the Johnson family, the community brings homes, offices, dining, retail and entertainment together. SLX Capital serves as High 5 Exchange’s real estate investment and development partner for the Allen project.
