Ozlo Sleep

BOSTON, Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ozlo, the sleep technology company behind Ozlo Sleepbuds®, announced it has raised $22 million in Series B funding led by Modi Ventures. Existing investors LifeArc, Artis Ventures, Resmed, Scrum Ventures, Drive by DraftKings, Wheelhouse 360, WISE Ventures, Niremia Collective, Accelerate Ventures, and World Solver Syndicate participated, along with NFL Super Bowl champion Nick Foles, Olympic snowboarder Danny Davis, Whole30 founder and New York Times bestselling author Melissa Urban, and high-performance psychologist, author, and podcast host Michael Gervais. The round size includes previously issued convertible instruments.

The round, which comes as Ozlo surpasses 260,000 customers in under two years, fuels the company’s continued growth and expansion beyond Sleepbuds into new areas of sleep and nighttime health, including advancing the regulatory work required to submit a tinnitus product to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for review.

“Ozlo’s ambition extends well beyond a single product,” said N.B. Patil, CEO of Ozlo. “Ozlo Sleepbuds helped define a new category of technology designed specifically for sleep, and we’re now building on that foundation to address a much broader range of sleep needs. We’re investing in research, technology, and new experiences that have the potential to expand the role Ozlo can play in people’s sleep and nighttime health, and this funding allows us to accelerate that work.”

What’s Next for Ozlo

The funding allows Ozlo to scale its core Sleepbuds business globally and accelerate the next generation of Ozlo products and technology. The company is increasing investment across hardware, software, engineering, research and development as it builds a broader ecosystem of products and increasingly intelligent, personalized experiences designed around sleep.

As part of this expansion, Ozlo is exploring conditions that affect sleep and how its technology can clinically address needs beyond traditional sleep solutions. Many people’s sleep problems are tied to underlying health conditions, and Ozlo sees an opportunity to bring its comfort-first hardware and software to those broader needs. The funding will support continued development of these programs as the company advances through the regulatory process and prepares for commercialization.

Beyond product innovation, Ozlo plans to invest in growing awareness among consumers and the clinical community, develop new partnerships, and expand its global reach. Strategic partnerships continue to prove fundamental to Ozlo’s successful growth and innovation. They include an ongoing product collaboration and integration with Calm, collaborations with several major domestic and international research institutions, and partnerships with elite athletes, supporting high-performance teams and their training staff with better sleep and recovery, such as Canada Snowboard. Collectively, these demonstrate the expanding role Ozlo’s technology has assumed in addressing wellness, performance, and clinical demands. Most notably, Ozlo is partnering with Dreem Health, a nationwide virtual sleep clinic, to give people a direct path from better sleep at home to expert clinical care, connecting Ozlo’s technology with sleep specialists who can evaluate, diagnose, and treat common sleep disorders.

“We believe any wearable sleep technology must get comfort right first—without it, even the most advanced technology will struggle to gain adoption,” said Sahir Ali, founder of Modi Ventures. “Ozlo has nailed that fundamental requirement, as demonstrated by its remarkable customer traction. We see tremendous potential to build on this foundation and evolve into a transformative sleep health platform powered by biosensing, AI, and neuromodulation.”
