Pairgap Launches Redesigned Website Built Around Co-Buying Community

Co-buyers and real estate investors can build their profiles now, ahead of the launch of the members-only Pairgap Community

The site lays out a simple path for visitors. They can take the Real Estate Partner Test to see what kind of real estate partner they are, run the numbers with the Co-Buyer Calculator, and then build a buyer profile in the Pairgap app. A completed profile is required to join the Pairgap Community, which will be open only to vetted members. Buyers who finish their profiles now will be ready to start meeting other co-buyers on the day the community opens.

Inside the Pairgap Community, members will follow a readiness roadmap based on where they are starting. Co-buyer teams work through tools for setting short- and long-term goals and building a Real Estate Prenup together. Buyers who come in on their own will have space to meet other members and get to know them before any commitment is made.
